Custom for Your Needs

We can take a 20 ft container, 40 ft container, or multiple containers and create the custom container dorm of your dreams. From simple features to scholarly upgrades, we team with you to create the best package for your needs.

Fast Turnaround

Container dorms can be ready in a fraction of the time of traditional dormitory construction. Standard lead time for most projects is 8-12 weeks.

Weather Ready

Shipping containers are designed to withstand months at sea, and that durability carries over into a weather-ready unit that lasts.
